About Gardens of Delight
LYNN JOHNSON, president of Gardens of Delight offers her experience and training in Yoga, Herbal Wellness, and Energy Healing.
Lynn is a graduate of Kansas University with a degree in fine arts, her focus in graphics, product design and marketing. She went on to study at the Austral-Asian School of Herbal Studies, in Oregon, obtaining her diploma in herbal studies, and spent a summer in Provence learning about essential oils. Lynn is a graduate of The Core Star school of Energy Healing, and was a 4-year assistant instructor at the school. Lynn received her training in Anusara Yoga from the Yoga Connection in Kansas City Missouri, and her Kundalini Yoga training from 3HO. Her doula training was received through DONA at St. Lukes hospital in Kansas City. She is currently studying Peruvian Shamanism and healing arts in a 2 year program.
Lynn continues to teach classes in Yoga, and Herbal Wellness, as well as providing individual session in Energy Healing, and pre-natal support with both Yoga and as a birthing assistant or Doula. She can be reached at lynn@gardensofdelight.org
