Restorative Yoga
Second Saturdays

Begin your weekend feeling refreshed and restored. Restorative yoga balances and restores the nervous system to counteract the effects of stress on the body and mind. Poses are supported with props to gently stretch and open the body, allowing the muscles to relax deeply while rejuvenating the major organs and quieting the mind. Community Garden

GROW ORGANIC

We offer an opportunity for your family to grow organically with other families. You’ll receive a 10 foot by 20 foot plot in which you can grow vegetables. It’s a learning opportunity for you to explore growing and eating your own organic produce, (free of pesticides and artificial fertilizers).

INDIVIDUAL AND SHARED PLOTS

Our community also grows some foods together as a group to share, like tomatoes, potatoes, corn, green beans and strawberries. This is a great opportunity to join with others and learn! The cost for 1 plot per season is $150, which helps to cover our supplies and watering expenses for the growing season, April through October.
