Restorative Yoga
Second Saturdays

Begin your weekend feeling refreshed and restored. Restorative yoga balances and restores the nervous system to counteract the effects of stress on the body and mind. Poses are supported with props to gently stretch and open the body, allowing the muscles to relax deeply while rejuvenating the major organs and quieting the mind.
